Our Commitment To Safety
Safety is of utmost importance to our operation at Old West Barbecue. Jack has been trained and certified through the "Food Handler Safety Training Program".
Our food unit is a fully certified and inspected "Mobile Food Production Unit" as defined in the California Health Code. This unit includes commercial refrigeration, commercial handwashing, and separate utensil washing sinks and a full hot & cold water system. The cooking area is protected by a commercial hood and fire suppression system. These features shown and more make this unit truly a stand alone moblie kitchen on wheels.
We passed our health inspection with flying colors. Our inspector said: "This has been the most enjoyable inspection I have ever done!"
