Thanks for visiting our site.  We are a fifth generation farming family located in Central California............ 

 
 
BBQ'n has been a long time part of our family on the farm.  From small family get-togethers to local fundraisers serving 1200 lunches, we have enjoyed serving great "Que" to those who love to eat it!  Now we have added a state of the art, certified mobile kitchen to our operation.  Our love of great barbecue has gone public!  We hope you will take time to browse our site and learn more about how we can make your next event extra special.
 
We offer Ribs, Tri-Tip, Chicken, Pulled Pork,Beef Brisket .... and anything else you would like. If it can be BBQ'ed we'll do it!
 

All our barbecueing is done low & slow, over all natural woods to produce a wonderfly moist, delicious product.  Our ribs are smoked up to 7 hours, Brisket and Pulled Pork up to 18 hours.  This involves  a lot more time and work, but the finished product is well worth it.  We use various woods to achieve that perfect flavor....hickory, apple, maple and other fruitwoods.

Our desire is to partner with you to make your next event a memorable and TASTY one!
