We offer Ribs, Tri-Tip, Chicken, Pulled Pork,Beef Brisket .... and anything else you would like. If it can be BBQ'ed we'll do it!
All our barbecueing is done low & slow, over all natural woods to produce a wonderfly moist, delicious product. Our ribs are smoked up to 7 hours, Brisket and Pulled Pork up to 18 hours. This involves a lot more time and work, but the finished product is well worth it. We use various woods to achieve that perfect flavor....hickory, apple, maple and other fruitwoods.
