On Site Meal Service
We offer on-site dinner concession service from our BBQ Trailer. Individual dinners will be served directly from our unit using disposable plates and dinnerware. Includes one hour dinner service. Concession Service Fee: $150 Minimum order: 35 dinners.
Buffet Setup Service
Includes serving table, tablecloth, warmers, serving utensils, disposable plates and dinnerware. One hour dinner service. Table cleanup and removal after dinner service.
Buffet Setup Fee: $250 Each addtional hour: $150 Minimum order: 50 dinners
Bulk Pricing on BBQ Meats
We can BBQ the meat entrees for your next event, leaving the rest to you. Entrees will be delivered cold to your door ready for you to reheat, or they can be delivered hot and ready to serve. Minimum orders apply as noted. Call us for details.
BBQ Tri-Tip - $15.95 per pound.
We marinade our tri-tip in a special spice rub then smoke them over hickory wood for several hours to produce some of the most flavorful, juicy beef you will find anywhere. It melts in your mouth! Minimum order: 20 lbs.
Beef Brisket - $15.99 per pound.
Our brisket is marinaded with dry rub spices for 18 hours. It's then re-rubbed with spices and slow smoked over hickory wood for another 15 to 18 hours. This slow smoking naturally tenderizes the meat while allowing it to retain it's natural juiciness. Then we wrap it and add our special marinade and basting sauce, allowing it to rest for several hours. This rest helps the meat to retain it's juiciness when slicing. Minimum order: 35 lbs.
BBQ Pulled Pork - 11.99 per pound.
Our pulled pork is the second of our "two day creations". On the first day we pack the pork shoulders with our special brown sugar dry marinade, then "double pack" them one more time. The roasts are slow smoked over hickory wood for up to 24hours until juicy, and fork tender. Then we let the roasts rest before pulling. Minimum order 35 lbs.
Pork Spare Ribs - $22.00 per slab
We rub our ribs down with our special brown sugar spice rub,then smoke them over hickory wood. Our ribs are usually sold with "sauce on the side". If you would prefer sauced ribs we can do that too. We have several BBQ sauce styles to choose from. Minimum order: 10 racks
Applewood Boneless Chicken Breast - $8.50 per pound
We take boneless skinless chicken breasts and marinade them overnight in our special sugar/spice brine. Then we season them with our spicy seasoning mix and smoke them over a blend of applewood and maple woods. We take extra time in preparing our BBQ chicken breasts, but we feel the end product is well worth it! Minimum order: 25 lbs.
BBQ Chicken Quarters - $5.25 per pound
Marinaded, Spiced and smoked over hickory wood. Minimum order: 50 lbs.
BBQ Whole Chicken - $12.00 ea.
Slow smoked - spicy, juicy and delicious.Minimum order:15 chickens
BBQ Beans - Full Pan - $35.00
Serves 36-40 people

Definately not your typical baked beans. These beans are slow smoked for hours using hickory wood. Flavored with brown sugar, molasses, and BBQ pork or beef.
Rice Pilaf - Full Pan - $35.00
Serves 50-75 people
No powdered stock or flavorings here! We use real chicken stock and real butter in our pilaf. It's expensive but the end result is well worth it.
How Much Do I Need?
Estimating how much to order can be difficult. There is no one correct answer. Too much and your costs go up with lots of leftovers. Too little and you add to your "worry factor" not wanting guests to go away hungry.
Things to consider:
What is the makeup of your guests - men, women, & children.
How many meat dishes do you want.
How many side dishes are you planning.
What is the timing of your event (lunch, dinner etc.)
Typical main dish serving size is 4 oz. per person for sandwich or light lunch and 5 to 6 oz. per person for dinner. These should be adjusted according to the make up of your guests.

A Note on BBQ Sauces
We strive to produce a juicy, and especially flavorful barbecue product for our customers. We believe in the low and slow method of traditional barbecuing, combined with the extra attention to detail in seasoning and preparing the meat. This produces a flavorful product that stands on it's own without sauce. Some establishments see BBQ sauce as a way to cover up an inferior product. You won't find any tasteless boiled ribs smothered in sauce at Old West. We will be happy to provide you with BBQ sauce to compliment all of our meats.
